Questions And Answers About The Portfolio Health Check

What does it cost?

$799 one-time fee, payable by Check or PayPal.

Why do you charge a fee?

We believe our time and expertise is valuable. We charge a fee to account for the time we spend with you learning about your goals, conducting our analysis, preparing your report, and meeting with you to explain our findings.

Do I need a minimum asset size to work with you?

Yes. To qualify for our Portfolio Health Check, you must have at least $3M in investable assets. However, if your current portfolio is between $1M - $3M with more liquidity expected soon due to a business exit, inheritance, gift, or other liquidity event, you may still qualify – please reach out.

What types of investments do you review? Are there investments you WON’T review?

We review all liquid assets in your portfolio. However, we won’t review illiquid or public, nontraded assets such as private placements and direct real estate.

What information do you need from me?

To complete your portfolio health check, we need 3 things:

  1. Basic Financial Information. We'll send you a short questionnaire to input your income, assets, loans, & liabilities. We'll use this to generate your asset map and net worth picture.
  2. Your Risk Measurement. We'll send you a short "quiz" to calculate your risk tolerance and risk capacity. This helps us tailor our recommendations to you.
  3. Recent Statements. We'll send you a secure link to upload your key account statements for the assets in your portfolio.

Upon completion of your 20-minute consultation, we'll provide details on how to securely send us this information.

How long does the process take?

Once we receive all the information required for your review (see question above), we can usually turn around your report within 10 business days.

What if I’m not happy with your analysis?

We stand behind our ability to deliver a highly valuable report to analyze your portfolio. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll give you a 100% full refund – guaranteed.
